NTA released All India Sainik School Entrance Examination-2021 Notification. NTA-National testing agency is established by ministry of education, Government of India.
More over NTA is an independent, self reliance, and self sustained premier testing organization.
How many Sainik schools are in India?
Absolutely 33 Sainik schools are working all over India in different states. Further, AISSEE-2021 for admission in to the classes VI and IX.
Further, medium of instruction in all Sainik schools is English medium. These all schools are affiliated to CBSE.
Who can apply for Sainik Schools?
Obviously, only V, and VIII class completed students from recognized schools are eligible, for VI and IX classes admission respectively.
What is monthly fee in Sainik Schools?
As per the last academic year fee structure, Rs. 1,05,698 per annum to general candidates and Rs. 1,04,198 to SC/ST candidates.
This fee may be paid in advance or 2 installments in a year i.e., June and October.
These Sainik schools prepare cadets for government NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, INDIAN NOVEL ACADEMY, and other training academies. So far these Sainik schools prepared many officers for defence, army, and air Force.

Application Starts from: 20th October.
Last date for application: 19th November 2020.
Eligibility Criteria for VI class admission
Age : Whose age is between 10 to 12 years as on 31.03.2021.
Admission for girls is open for class VI only in all Sainik schools.
Eligibility criteria for IX class admission
- Age: Whose age is between 13 to 15 years as on 31.03.2020.
- Those who completed VII class from recognized schools at the time of admission.
Fee for Application
- Rs. 400 for SC/ST applicants.
- RS.. 550 for other applicants.
- Candidates can pay fee through online banking, Debit/Credit card or by pay tm wallet.

Date of Entrance Exam
Entrance examination is conducted on 10th January 2021.
Exam Mode: Exam in off line mide-paper pencil OMR sheet based. All are multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
