ECE = 30, MECH = 24, CSE = 10 — TOTAL = 64
Educational Qualifications
First Class Degree in Engineering (ECE/MECH/CSE)with a minimum of 65% marks. Post Graduates are not eligible to apply. For more details please check ECIL Official Notification.
Age Limit
Candidate’s Upper Age limit will be 25 years as on 30 Nov 2019.
Age Relaxations will be followed as per the Govt., guidelines for Reservations.

Application Fee
– Candidates has to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/-
– SC, ST, PWD, and employees of ECIL (currently engaged with ECIL) are exempted from payment of Application fee.
ECIL GET Selection Process
the selection method will be in two stage process i.e. – Marks as per GATE Score and candidate Interview
GATE Score:
The candidates short-listed for Personal Interview will be based on the scores obtained in the GATE Exam. Score of previous GATE examination is not valid. finally candidates called for Interview will be in the ratio of 1:5.
Personal Interview:
Short Listed candidates from GATE score will be called for a Personal Interview at Hyderabad. interview details will be intimated by mail/SMS. The same will also be posted on ECIL website
Final merit list
candidates shall be prepared by giving weightage to GATE score and marks obtained by the candidates in the Personal Interview
