Educational Qualification:
For Indian Navy SSR Recruitment 2018 Candidate must have completed their in 10+2 or 12th standard examination with Maths, Physics Chemistry, Biology, Computer science from recognized university Central or State government.
Age: Candidates must have born between 01.08.1997 to 31.07.2001
Selection Procedure: Indian Navy conducts the selection process in the following manner. They are
Written Test: Indian navy conducts written test in the following two papers
The question paper will be of objective type which is in bilingual i.e., Hindi and English.
The question paper will comprise English, Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge in four sections.
The examination will be of 10+2 standard and the syllabus for the examination is available in the web site.
Duration of examination will be one hour.
The candidates are required to pass in all sections to complete the selection process.
Physical Fitness Test: Candidates in physical test must run 1.6 Km which is to be completed in 7 minutes, 10 Push-ups and 20 squat ups.
Medical Standard: Candidate need to undergo medical fitness examination which will be conducted by the military doctors as per the medical standards.
The candidate should be of minimum height of 157 cms with appropriate chest and weight.
TRAINING:
The selected candidates will undergo training for 22 weeks Basic Training at INS from August 2018, after the training selected candidates will be posted as per the requirement of Service in various Branches or Trade of Naval Training Establishments.
