Eligibility Criteria:
Post Code-01 Educational Qualifications: Four years of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical, B.E, B.Tech with 60% aggregate (ST/SC 55%) in regular from a recognized university.
Experience: Applicant must have minimum of one year as BOE in thermal Power Plant.
Post Code-02 Educational Qualifications:Candidate must have completed their Ph.D in Chemistry, P.G with 60% as aggregate (ST/SC/PwBD 55%) with chemistry
Experience: Post experience in petroleum as Quality Control Officer with minimum 2 years of experience.
Post Code-03: Educational Qualifications: Applicant must have qualified with 60% of aggregate (55% ST/SC) from a recognized University in B.E (Fire)/B.Tech (fire Technology & safety Engineering), In addition a valid HMV License.
Experience: Candidate should have minimum experience of one year in Fire Fighting Operations etc.
Post Code-04: Educational Qualifications: MBBS in General Medicine in a reputed hospital with four years of experience
Experience: Candidate must have relevant experience of one year in respective area of specialization.
Post Code-05: Educational Qualifications: Candidate must have completed 2 years full time regular MBA with HRM/Labour/IR as specialization.
Experience: Candidate With an experience of 2 years in any government PSU/MNC in the field of HR.
Post Code-06: Educational Qualifications: The applicant must have completed his/her M.A in Hindi with English subject at graduation level with 60% aggregate (55% for ST/SC/PwBD) from a recognized UGC.

IOCL Selection Process:
Post codes 01, 02, 03 and 04: IOCL conducts the selection process by comprising personal interview only for the.Candidate should acquire 50% marks in the interview.
Post codes 05, 06: For the above post code IOCL conducts written test, Group Discussion and personal interview. Candidate who clears all the stages with minimum qualifying marks will be selected for the applied post.
Post code 07: A short listed candidate who meets eligibility criteria as per the academic and post academic experience will be selected.
