Navodaya online application-How to apply:
Candidates should submit online applications through NVS website www.nvshq.org / www.nvsnt2017.org. No other mode of applications will be accepted. The online applications will be started from 12-11-2017 and the closing date is 13-12-2017. The candidates are requested to fill in the application form. After registration, the candidates are requested to apply for the post. Then after applying, the candidates should pay the fee for NavodayaVidyalayaa Samiti recruitment examination.
The process for submitting the online application:
Step-I: Sign-up by filling the application form by Post Applied Name. The candidates will receive Application Sequence No. (User ID) & Password on their registration.
Step-II: Candidate should Re-login or Directly go to application tab displayed at the top of the application form and select the discipline and fill up the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload necessary documents.

Selection process:
The candidates will be selected on the basis their performance in online computer based test.
The candidates are requested to visit the official website for the details of the educational qualification, Pay scale and other details.
Eligibility Criteria:
Audit assistant: Candidate must be a B Com graduate from a recognized University. He /she must have 3 years of experience in accounts work in government.
Age: 18-30 years
Hindi Translator: He must have done his Master’s Degree at graduation level from the recognized University in Hindi / English.
Age: 18-30 years
Female Staff Nurse: applicant must have done her B. Sc (Nursing) from a recognized University/ Institution, the Practical experience of two years in Hospital/Clinic.
Age: Up to 35 years
Stenographer: candidate must have Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed 40 words per minute in English.
Age: 18-27 years
Catering Assistant: applicant must have three Years Diploma in Catering or equivalent from an Institution recognized by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India/State Govt.
Age: Up to 35 years
Lower Division Clerk/ Store Keeper: applicant must have Passed +2 level or Senior Secondary Certificate from CBSE/State Govt, With Secretarial Practices and Office Management as Vocational Subjects.
Age: 18-27 years
Lab Assistant: applicant must be Middle Pass with General science.
Age: 18-30 years
Other Details:
The exam which is conducted will carry no negative marking.
The test will be in Hindi and English.

ST/SC: 05 years
OBC: 03 years
Exam Fee:
- Staff Nurse, Audit Assistant, Hindi Translator: Rs.1000/-
- Catering Assistant, Stenographer: Rs. 750/-
- Lower Division Clerk/ Storekeeper: Rs. 750/-
- Lab Attendant: Rs. 750/-
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from payment of fee
