Santoor women’s scholarship 2020 : Santoor scholarship was introduced by WIPRO to encourage women education in the year 2016-2017.
We all know a proverb “God gives the gift but priest resists it”. Obviously it is right in the case of poor girls but rich in studies.
Especially in village areas so many girls stopping their education in the middle with out continuing higher education.
Even though they are talented, leaving higher studies because of poverty. So, Santoor scholarship supports the girls to continue their higher studies.
Who gives “Santoor women’s scholarship”
WIPRO consumer care, WIPRO cares jointly offering this scholarship from 2016-17. As a result many poor girls achieving their goal of completing higher education.
Yearly they are sponsoring 900 scholarships. So far 3600 students benefitted with the SANTOOR SCHOLARSHIP.
Santoor Scholarship 2020 – Eligibility
- Poor girl Students of three states: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka.
- Those who completed intermediate or its equivalent course in 2019-2020 academic year.
- They should take admission in a bachelor degree course for 2020-2021 academic year, the course duration should be at least 3years.
- students should complete their 10th and intermediate in government institution.
WIPRO provides scholarship for the entire bachelor degree course even it has more than 3 years duration. The condition is the degree course must consist of minimum 3 years.

Criteria for Selection for “SANTOOR SCHOLARSHIP”
On the basis of academic marks in the intermediate they select girls for SANTOOR scholarship. And there is a priority for backward districts of those 3 states.
